Whole chamomile flowers with lemon balm and a whisper of lavender, packed into compostable plant-based pyramid bags. A soft, honeyed cup for the end of the day.

Chamomile flowers* (60%), lemon balm*, lavender flowers* (5%). *Organically grown. Naturally caffeine free.

Pour freshly boiled water (around 95°C) over one bag. Steep for 4–5 minutes, then enjoy as it is or with a little honey.
