Our story
Erura began in a small kitchen in Leicester, with a notebook of family recipes — rosemary steeped in warm oil, saffron folded into rich cream, chamomile picked and dried for evening tea.
Today we still make everything in small batches, with plant-based ingredients we can trace, recyclable glass and compostable tea bags. Nothing rushed, nothing wasted.
